Formerly known as Cosi Pharmaceuticals SA, the company was recently acquired by the following businesses:

Through this joint venture Pharma-Q was established in November 2005 with a key focus on pharmaceuticals.
Pharma-Q applies its technology in the following business areas which constitutes the company's product base:
